Speed Up Verifying Signature Splash Screen

Edit the hosts file on the PC and paste in the following entries to speed up the Verifying Signature splash screen displayed when launching the designer or a client. 
 127.0.0.1	ocsp.digicert.com
127.0.0.1	crl3.digicert.com
127.0.0.1	crl4.digicert.com 
 On Windows, this file is: 
 C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts 
 On Linux, this file is: 
 /etc/hosts
